Dementia: Understanding the Journey is delivered through a variety of organizations such as education and health care providers referred to as delivering organizations. Approved facilitators coordinate the onsite operations and ensure the learners gain the required learning and adhere to the course requirement, which includes the successful completion of a final project and attendance at all nine sessions.
